Hi, we're David and Julie - a couple on the Sunshine Coast who love connecting with people to create WIN/WIN scenarios.

 
There's no better feeling than helping someone else achieve their goals at the same time as working towards your own!

We love all things business, and in particular the current Real Estate industry & the opportunities that it provides. Having owned multiple businesses and renovated properties in the past, we're looking for individuals to connect with (Property Owner, Property Investor, Buyers Agent, Property Manager, Real Estate Agent, Finance / Mortgage Brokers) in order to create unique opportunities that couldn't be executed alone.

David has spent a number of years working in the construction industry and is now a Business Analyst & IT Manager for one of Australia largest Builders who specialise in insurance repairs.

These years of experience in the residential building space partnered with His Project Management skills has provided David with the insight and knowledge required to execute and deliver on a plan. Let's just say that David loves to push the boundaries with what is possible and bringing ideas to life!

Julie is the current owner and operator of Full Body Fitness on the Sunshine Coast. Let it be said, if you're standing still for too long she'll get you moving haha!

Having years of experience as a state training coordinator, she loves all things 'people' and doing what it takes to overcome a challenge. Julie is also passionate about remodelling and styling, and has an eye for design making her the heart and soul of our creative flair.
